Retail Advertising Manager

Reporting to the General Manger, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the growth of local retail advertising revenues, specializing in the development of market share through the local sales team. Further to this you will work closely and assist the Agency/National sales team in their efforts.
Expectations include, the development of budgets, sales strategies, and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of effective sales training techniques, key coaching activities and performance evaluation skills. The ability to support the sales team with in-field coaching, creative advertising campaigns and presentation development is a must. This position will involve some travel.
Preference will be given to those with prior management experience, preferably in the media environment. Applicants should possess five years sales and/or marketing experience. Previous work with National/Multi Market retail accounts and advertising agencies an asset.

Retail Advertising Sales Executive

Mature energetic professional required. Join the dynamic and fast-paced world of radio sales in the Windsor area. Sales experience required with a preference given to individuals with a background in advertising. Exceptional communication skills are a must along with strong computer capabilities.
Along with an outstanding ability to service the current clients of “The Mix” CHYR 96.7 fm and/or “The Rock” CKUE 100.7fm, the successful candidate must also develop and nurture new business through the use of strong marketing and sales techniques.
